Strand Rugby Club is a true community club based in the heart of Strand, with deep roots running through the Helderberg. For 90 years, rugby has been part of Strand's story — a fortress for talent that's produced players who've gone on to represent Western Province, the Stormers and the Springboks.
From club legends like Turkey Shields to modern stars like Damian Willemse, our blue jersey has always carried pride — on and off the pitch.
